For Jen, the owner and heart behind Studio Apri, it has always been about both. Jen has always had an affinity for the creative side of life, and what started as a “side job opportunity” quickly blossomed into a full-time passion that has spanned over 15 years.
A Dream Realized in the Details
Jen’s journey is one of dedication and a “slight bend towards perfectionism”. After years of honing her craft and specializing in intricate blondes, balayage, and bridal styling, her ultimate dream came to life in 2021 with the opening of Studio Apri.
But if you ask Jenn, the technical skill is only half the story. “Everyone is unique, and so is their hair!” she says. Her true vision was to create a space where the experience is entirely tailored to the individual, a place where a fresh look isn’t just about the hair, but about being a “bright spot” in someone’s day. Whether she is troubleshooting a difficult hair goal or chatting about life, Jen’s goal is to be a positive light in the world, one client at a time.
