Kim’s journey to entrepreneurship was fueled by a record-breaking career. Before opening her own doors, she was the highest-grossing groomer for a major corporate company in all of Canada. Realizing that her skill and dedication could build something special for her own community, she set out to create a salon that prioritized a stress-free environment over corporate quotas.

After a successful start in Clifford, Kim moved her salon to Palmerston a year and a half ago to be closer to her home in Listowel. Since that move, the transition has been nothing short of wonderful. “The amount of love and support I received was overwhelming,” Kim shares. With five years of independent business ownership approaching this November, Kim continues to take immense pride in making every dog that walks through her door look like a “million bucks.”
