LunaSoul Collective

A Space to Connect to Yourself

Tucked within the rhythm of downtown, LunaSoul Collective offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Founded by Ashley Kirkpatrick and her husband Carlos Trivino, LunaSoul is more than a wellness studio, it’s a space created with intention, where you’re invited to step out of the noise of everyday life and back into yourself.

Rooted in practices like yoga, Reiki, and breathwork, this is a place where connection begins within.

Creating What Was Missing

LunaSoul Collective was born from Ashley’s own journey of wanting to feel more connected to her body, her breath, and her inner world.

Through these practices, she experienced firsthand how powerful it can be to slow down and create space to simply be. And in that process, she realized that the kind of space she was seeking didn’t exist within her own community, so she created it.

After planting business roots in Palmerston through Dulce Heaven Café, the vision for LunaSoul naturally unfolded as a way to support the community in a deeper, more intentional way.

Now, LunaSoul is a space where self connection is approached through nervous system awareness and emotional safety. The studio has been intentionally kept small to preserve a sense of intimacy, so each person who walks through the door feels seen, supported, and not lost in a crowded room.

Here, it’s not about pushing or performing, it’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are, and allowing that to be enough.

Why Your Practice Matters Now

Wellness isn’t just something you do, it’s something that supports how you move through your everyday life, especially during seasons that feel busy, uncertain, or a little out of rhythm.

While the “Full Steam Ahead” project may bring temporary changes to how you move through downtown, the experience inside LunaSoul remains the same, grounded, calm, and supportive.

If it’s your first time visiting, Ashley recommends starting with a breathwork session or a gentle yoga class. Both offer a simple, accessible way to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the present moment.

Choosing to step into the space during this time is more than just attending a class, it’s a way of supporting not only a local business, but a space dedicated to the wellbeing of the community.

Each visit helps ensure that LunaSoul continues to be a place people can return to, again and again, when they need to pause, reset, and reconnect.
